Pregnancy After NICUSupport Group
For parents who are currently pregnant after a previous NICU experience (any stage of pregnancy)
Pregnancy after NICU can feel like living with two realities at once.
Part of you wants to feel hopeful and present, and another part is waiting for the moment something changes.
Scans, symptoms, appointments, milestones, movement, dates, “viability weeks”…it can all feel loaded.
This group is a supportive space to feel held through it, with people who genuinely get what it’s like to be pregnant again after neonatal care.

You are not broken. You are not alone.
And you are not failing.
Anxiety after neonatal care makes sense.
But it doesn’t have to stay this way.
What we focus on
Each group will be shaped around what you need, but common themes include:
● Anxiety spirals and worst case scenario thinking.
● Feeling disconnected or unable to enjoy the pregnancy.
● Triggers around appointments, symptoms, and milestones
● The fear of being back in NICU again.
● How to cope with “waiting mode” and hyper vigilance.
● Holding both hope and fear without feeling like you’re failing.

Keeping the group emotionally safe.
