Online support for NICU parents

Welcome to our online learning platform. Therapy isn’t for everyone and for some people, taking a course, or working through a webinar at their own pace is hugely beneficial. Here, we will share courses, webinars, workshops and training for NICU parents and professionals. We are developing a range of material, from shorter webinars, to longer and more in-depth courses, in order for our information to be accessible to as many people as possible.

Our aim is for you to create space for reflection, access psychological information and support about things you might be experiencing in a tangible, flexible way, with the idea that you can start to make small changes to manage your struggles. We hope to give you skills so you can support yourself to live the life you want to, which in turn allows you to care for your child in the way you want to too.

If you would like a bespoke training developed, please contact Frankie to discuss this.

Thank you for being such an important part of the community, if you would like to talk to Frankie about any of these teachings, please get in touch
