Miracle Moon reaches a community of parents who have been through some of the hardest experiences of their lives. They are informed, values-driven, and deeply loyal to brands that show up in this space with genuine care and integrity. That's why the way we work with brands matters as much as who we work with.
We work with brands we genuinely believe in, brands that are ethical, that are actually useful to the people we support, and that want to show up in a real, honest, relationship-focused way. When it works, it works because it's genuine. Previous brand partners include Water Wipes, Owlet, and Pippeta.
We are building something that doesn't yet exist. A community unlike anything else available to NICU and neonatal families, combining peer support with professional expertise and evidence-based resources, available for as long as a family needs it, built from both professional knowledge and lived experience of what neonatal care actually does to a person.
Right now, families pay a small monthly membership to access The NICU Space. Our goal is to make it completely free. Because the families who need it most are often also under the greatest financial pressure. And because support this specific, this expert, this human, should not have a price tag on it.
We know that around 80% of parents leave the neonatal unit with some impact on their mental health, and up to 40% experience symptoms of post-traumatic stress. The gaps in what is available to these families within the existing system are significant. The long-term ripple effect of the neonatal experience on identity, relationships, parenting, and wellbeing is underrecognised and underserved.
Funding The NICU Space CIC is a chance to be part of changing that. To invest in something genuinely different, genuinely needed, and with real scope to grow into something meaningful at scale. This is an early and exciting moment to be involved.
