Maybe you've been through NICU or spent time in hospital with your baby. Maybe it was a traumatic birth, a high-risk pregnancy, a loss, fertility treatment, or finding out your child has ongoing medical needs. Maybe you're parenting multiples and it's not what you imagined. Maybe you're thinking about having another baby and it's not simple anymore. Maybe you struggled to bond with your baby, and you haven't told many people that.
Whatever your story, if your experience of becoming a parent has felt different to the narrative you expected, you can land here.
We know that when things don't go to plan, it brings up a lot. Grief, guilt, anxiety, trauma, intense love and terror at the same time, a shift in who you thought you were. Feelings that can feel messy or hard to name, jealousy, anger, gratitude that sits right next to heartbreak. And a ripple effect on everything: your relationships, your friendships, your identity, your return to work, your next pregnancy, the milestones that should feel joyful but somehow bring up grief instead.
All of that makes sense. Every bit of it.
You've come here for a reason. And whatever that reason is, we want to help.
No matter how long ago it was, no matter what your story looks like, if you feel like you need support, you deserve it. You're allowed to find this hard.
Different things help at different times. Here's what we have.
